CW4 Vilmer Donald Trueblood

Chief Warrant Officer Vilmer Donald Trueblood, 95, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017.  He was born in Salem, Ind. to the late Earl and Chloe Trueblood.

He was preceded in death by a son, Vilmer Donald Trueblood, Jr.; and two daughters, Janie Paulette Trueblood Lucas and Lana Darla Trueblood.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Edith Trueblood of the home; sons, Eric Flint of Fayetteville, NC and Stephen Flint of Little River, S.C.; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

A funeral service with military honors will be held at 2 pm Saturday, March 25, 2017 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Barringer officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1 pm - 2 pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
