Betty Gagnon Obituary

Betty Jean Martin Gagnon, 82, of Raeford passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.

She was one of 14 children and a devoted military wife to Master Sergeant Stanley Vincent Gagnon who preceded her in death. She was a proud military mother to Petty Officer Eduardo Gagnon who served in the navy. He also precedes her in death.

She leaves behind two grandchildren, Robyn Gagnon and Lorena Gagnon Clark ; three great grandchildren, Andrew Eufemio, DJ and Benjamin Chavez; a sister, Carolyn Shuler; and brother, Chester Martin.

She was always full of life. Ambitious and she was strong will minded. We will truly miss her.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm Friday, March 23, 2018 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Barringer officiating. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 am -12:15 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
